Shipping area & rates

KKOKKA currently ships within Australia. Standard shipping is AUD $10. Standard shipping is free for orders of AUD $120 or more. Shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment.

Order processing & dispatch

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Where possible, orders placed on business days are lodged with Australia Post on the same business day. Orders received later in the day, on weekends or public holidays, or when normal operations are affected may be dispatched on the next business day. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Same-day dispatch means handing your parcel to the carrier; it is not a promise of same-day arrival. Tracking details will be provided where available once your order is dispatched.

Estimated delivery

Standard delivery after dispatch generally takes approximately 2–6 business days, depending on the destination. Some routes, including regional or remote areas, may take longer. Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

After a parcel is handed to the carrier, delivery may be affected by carrier delays, peak periods, public holidays, weather, destination or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please contact us so we can assist with enquiries and any remedy required by law.

Delivery information

Please check your name and delivery address before completing an order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible after dispatch.

Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian law.
